In this episode presented by the Canadian Heart Failure Society (CHFS), we are joined by Dr. Anique Ducharme, President of the CHFS and Director of the Heart Failure Clinic at the Montreal Heart Institute, and Dr. Shelley Zieroth, cardiologist at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. They discuss some of the challenges as well as evidence-based recommendations for the management of hyperkalemia and chronic kidney disease in patients with heart failure.
